Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Returned within 30 days of receiving your order

To initiate a return, please email us at help@thegroundly.com. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.


2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges
Need a different item? Reach out to us at help@thegroundly.com to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and we’ll guide you through the process.


4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
