Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship our Groundly products from the UK to countries within and outside of Europe.

2. Shipping Times

• Orders are processed within [1-4 working days]. Delivery times vary based on destination and chosen shipping method and are displayed at checkout.
• Please note that unforeseen delays such as customs processing, courier delays, or external factors may impact delivery times. We strive to communicate any known delays.

• USA & Canada: 4–7 business days

• UK & Mainland Europe: 4–9 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days

• All Other Countries: 5–15 business days
  

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order weight. Any additional customs duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
• We currently offer FREE Worldwide standard shipping.

4. Tracking Information

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
